Service Description

BuildingWorks is a web-based construction cost-management tool designed for Australian builders. It provides project tracking, cost management, a site diary and related features.

Accounts & Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions & Billing

• The free tier includes one active project.
• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Data Ownership

You own all data you enter into BuildingWorks. We do not claim ownership of your project data, costs, documents or attachments.

Limitation of Liability

BuildingWorks is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. BuildingWorks is not a substitute for professional construction advice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for unlawful purposes.
