Information We Collect

BuildingWorks collects information you provide when creating an account (email and name) and project data you enter (costs, stages and diary entries). Analytics collection is not enabled in the current application.

How We Use Your Information

Provide and maintain the BuildingWorks service.
Process payments and manage subscriptions.
Send important service notifications.
Improve and optimise the user experience.

Data Storage & Security

BuildingWorks is not yet in production and does not hold production application data. The target persistence service is Firebase SQL Connect/PostgreSQL, with Firebase Authentication and Firebase Storage used for the MVP. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Third-Party Services

Firebase (authentication, SQL Connect, storage and hosting).
Stripe (payment processing).

Google Analytics and Sentry are not enabled in the current application.

Your Rights

You can export, correct or delete your data through your account settings. Contact support@buildingworks.io for data requests.
